The Berkshire Healthcare Foundation Trust is seeking a passionate Nurse for Children and Young People In Care, based at Erlegh House, University of Reading, for a part-time position of 22.5 hours a week. The role involves conducting health assessments for vulnerable children aged 0-17, developing care plans, providing health promotion advice on various topics, and managing a designated caseload. The nurse will collaborate with multi-agency partners to ensure optimal health outcomes for children and contribute to service development through feedback engagement, audit participation, and inter-agency assessments.

Candidates should have experience working with vulnerable children, be able to engage effectively with them, and be willing to travel within and around Berkshire.
