The role of Band 8d Assistant Director of Integration at the Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust involves supporting the Group Director of Efficiency and Integration in achieving the organisation's strategic goals, particularly through the implementation of the Post Transaction Implementation Plan (PTIP) following the merger with North Middlesex University Hospital Trust. The successful candidate will lead the Integration Programme Office, foster relationships with various stakeholders, and ensure the delivery of key workstreams such as Corporate Operating Model, Workforce Harmonisation, and Digital Harmonisation. This position is essential for enhancing the capabilities across the Group to realize merger benefits, implementing governance frameworks, and providing oversight to ensure the alignment of clinical, research, and education strategies.

The Assistant Director will play an integral role in project and change management, supporting the development of clinical integration roadmaps, and establishing systems for measuring success and addressing any exceptions.
