The East Suffolk and North Essex NHS Foundation Trust is looking for a motivated Strategic Planning Analyst to join their team in Colchester/Ipswich. The role involves supporting strategic initiatives to enhance healthcare services through data analysis and providing insights to senior management. Key responsibilities include conducting research on healthcare delivery aspects, preparing detailed reports, and collaborating with various departments to align strategic plans with organisational objectives.

The analyst will work closely with the Transformation team to identify improvement opportunities, optimize resource scheduling, and promote continuous improvement. They will also collaborate with Senior Finance colleagues to develop financial models and investment analyses. The role emphasises the development of analytical capabilities both within the Trust and across the Integrated Care System (ICS). The analyst will report to the Director of Strategy, Research and Innovation, contributing to strategic planning and decision-making processes.
