The Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a full-time, fixed-term EIP Care Coordinator for a 12-month role within their specialist psychosis service. Ideal candidates should be professionally qualified (RMN, SW, or OT) and have relevant experience. The role involves working collaboratively with individuals and their families who are experiencing first episode psychosis, utilizing a biopsychosocial and recovery-based approach. Care coordinators will assess, plan, and implement care packages, and will also provide support and supervision to junior team members. A key requirement is the ability to travel extensively across the district to meet service demands.

Candidates will enjoy manageable caseloads with regular clinical and managerial supervision, along with opportunities for professional development in specialized areas such as cognitive behavioral therapy and psychosocial interventions. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK, as the Trust provides sponsorship for registered healthcare roles only. Compliance with visa and work status regulations is essential for continued employment.

This revolutionary system aimed to ensure that access to medical services would not depend on an individual’s financial situation, a concept that has since become fundamental to British societal values.Learn more...
