We are seeking a Network Coordinator to support the PCN Clinical Director, Manager, and Management Team by providing efficient secretarial and administrative services in a fast-paced environment.

This is a hybrid role, working one day a week in the office.

This is a busy and varied role which is essential to ensuring smooth communication and operational coordination across the PCN and member practices.

The successful candidate will learn to manage a range of administrative tasks, which include:

  • Diarising and administrating meetings
  • Minute taking
  • Ensuring action log items are progressed
  • Organising and managing Protected Learning Time and PCN-wide training events
  • Some function coordination
  • Supporting the induction of new members of staff
  • Compiling newsletters and PCN-wide communications
  • Compiling reports
  • Conducting searches
  • Ensuring information is recorded and filed correctly
  • Ensuring distribution lists are kept up to date
  • Communicating risks and issues
  • Project administration
  • Rota Preparation

This post may entail some patients communication as required to support access, the services and support they require to understand and manage their own health and wellbeing, referring to social prescribing link

You will work across all PCN practices and must have experience with EMIS clinical systems used within primary care settings.

The interview process will consist of first and second interviews including some scenario-based questions as part of the shortlisting process.
