The Wellbeing Hub Coordinator at the Healthy Knowsley Service, part of Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust, is responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day operations of the Wellbeing Hub. This role involves providing line management support to Wellbeing Assistants, ensuring effective service delivery, staff training and supervision, as well as monitoring performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The Coordinator will also be tasked with maintaining communication within the team, overseeing staff schedules, managing records, producing reports, and collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance health and wellbeing services for individuals.

Candidates for this role should possess relevant qualifications and experience, particularly in business, finance, or social care, along with proficiency in IT, especially in database management and Microsoft Office applications. Strong organisational, analytical, interpersonal, and report-writing skills are essential, as is a commitment to continuous improvement and high professional standards. The Coordinator will play a crucial role in fostering a supportive environment that responds effectively to the needs of service users while maintaining a focus on quality and accountability.
