The Deputy Chief Nurse at Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care aligned with the Trust's vision and strategic priorities. Reporting to the Chief Nurse, the Deputy will provide leadership within the nursing workforce and Nursing and Quality Directorate, embodying the Trust's values and standards. Responsibilities include influencing care standards, implementing national and local policies, and driving continuous quality improvement initiatives, while working collaboratively with clinical managers and support services.

In addition to promoting a culture of accountability and excellence, the Deputy Chief Nurse will contribute to policy development, represent the Directorate at various forums, and lead specific Trust-wide projects.
