The Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, on behalf of the 3Sixty Care Partnership, is seeking Senior Clinical Pharmacists to join their team serving various GP practices in North Northamptonshire. This role is designed for experienced pharmacists to provide high-quality pharmacy services within primary care, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to enhance patient care and support general practice staff with medication-related queries. Successful candidates will assume leadership responsibilities, contribute to chronic disease management, and conduct clinical medication reviews for patients with complex needs.

Applicants should possess an undergraduate degree in pharmacy, be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council, and have at least two years of clinical experience.
