The Tameside & Glossop District Nursing Service is seeking Band 5 Community Staff Nurses for both full-time and part-time positions. Successful candidates will join a dedicated multi-disciplinary team committed to delivering community care across Tameside's five neighborhoods. The role involves assessing patient care needs, developing and implementing care plans, and ensuring adherence to local clinical standards. Newly qualified nurses will benefit from a supportive induction and preceptorship program and will be responsible for coordinating care in the team while also mentoring junior staff and learners.
