Options for Care is seeking a passionate and hands-on Head of Care to join their senior management team in Birmingham, overseeing mental health services across three hospitals and a recovery home. This individual will play a key role in ensuring high-quality care delivery, using on-the-job coaching, mentoring, and supervision, while leading on clinical statutory responsibilities. The Head of Care will also act as the registered manager when needed, ensuring continuity in care provision.

The key responsibilities include providing clinical leadership, maintaining care excellence in line with best practices, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to tailor care plans that support individual recovery.
