The Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust is seeking enthusiastic Senior Theatre Practitioners to join their dynamic team at Fordcombe Theatres. In this role, candidates will be responsible for supporting the theatre departments by ensuring optimal operation, delivering high-quality patient care, and mentoring junior staff. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing operating practices, maintaining equipment, conducting risk assessments, and leading teams in the absence of Lead Practitioners.

The position requires strong communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Applicants should have knowledge in various day-case surgeries and be prepared to work shifts from 07.45 to 18.00, including on-call duties from home.
