The Herefordshire and Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust is seeking a full-time Band 2 Healthcare Support Worker for Pershore Community Hospital, which features an inpatient ward with 26 beds. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary team to support patient rehabilitation goals, reduce hospital stays, and ensure high-quality, compassionate care.
