Opportuity to Support a New Primary Care Support Programme for the Region to help identify Patients with undiagnosed Heart Failure or follow up of heart failure.

Our team focus on supporting equality of care programmes for patients with longer term conditions. Echos will be undertaken in the community and from Norfolk Clinical Park (NR10 5RH).

Further programmes are planned in relation to cardiovascular support.

Further opportunities to be involved in the delivery of training if desired.

The main duties would be:

  • Perform echocardiograms to assess heart function and structure;
  • Collaborate with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals;
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure high-quality imaging standards;
  • Educate patients about procedures and provide compassionate care.
