Central London Community Health Trust is seeking a Band 7 Specialist Paediatric Physiotherapist to join their team at Edgware Community Hospital. In this autonomous role, the successful candidate will coordinate and deliver specialized physiotherapy services for children with musculoskeletal (MSK), rheumatological, and orthopaedic conditions, with particular attention to those who may have English as an additional language. They will manage their own caseload, collaborate with medical staff, and work closely with children, parents, and multidisciplinary teams in health, education, and social services to ensure effective therapy programs.

The position requires the physiotherapist to take on professional and legal responsibility for their work, providing high-quality clinical care while supporting peers. Key responsibilities include conducting comprehensive assessments, utilizing various evidence-based treatment techniques, and ensuring equitable access to services for all patients, particularly underserved populations. The role also involves representing the paediatric MSK and rheumatology services at meetings and fostering collaborative care among stakeholders.
