The role of Education Mental Health Practitioner (EMHP) within Brent Mental Health Support Team at Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust involves providing support to young people with mild to moderate mental health issues in school settings. Band 5 practitioners will engage with children, families, and school staff to ensure a positive experience through safe and effective clinical interventions, evidence-based practices, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. The position requires a qualified EMHP or equivalent, with a passion for enhancing health outcomes for children and young people.

Practitioners will deliver low-intensity mental health interventions and facilitate access to specialist services for those with more severe issues.
