Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a passionate Band 5 Occupational Therapist to join its established team at Lynfield Mount Hospital, specifically on the Ashbrook ward for female acute mental health. This role involves managing an Occupational Therapy caseload under the guidance of a Senior Occupational Therapist and collaborating with the wider team to provide person-centered, evidence-based interventions focused on recovery and well-being. Key responsibilities include supporting the clinical team in risk management, contributing to multidisciplinary care plans and team developments, and aiding in the education of students and assistants.

The position requires effective workload prioritisation and time management, alongside a commitment to delivering high-quality care tailored to individual needs. Candidates must have the right to work in the UK, and any changes to this status must be communicated to management promptly, as it is a condition of employment with the Trust.
