The Isle of Wight NHS Trust is seeking a Clinical Rotational Pharmacist to join their dynamic Pharmacy Team at St Mary’s Hospital in Newport. This role offers a unique opportunity to work across various clinical areas, including the Emergency Department, Acute Assessment Unit, and several specialisations such as General Medicine, Oncology, and Mental Health. The position is designed for enthusiastic pharmacists who will progress through band 6 to band 7 levels, with support for completing a Trust-funded postgraduate diploma in clinical pharmacy and opportunities for further leadership training. They will participate in core weekday operations, as well as some weekend and on-call duties.

In addition to providing clinical support across multiple services, the successful candidate will engage in medicines reconciliation and facilitate effective communication among pharmacy, nursing, and medical staff.
