We have an opportunity for a passionate and dedicated Female Brain Injury Support Worker to join our team in Sandbach, Cheshire. The successful applicant will need to have experience within complex care as well as hold a full UK drivers license and be happy driving a WAV. Alongside the day to day support our client will require, the support worker will be working with Occupational Therapists and SALT.
The support worker will be responsible for engaging with personalised routines, completing daily living activities, administering medication, providing emotional support, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care for the client. The role requires previous experience in a similar role, the ability to deal with challenging behaviours, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.
