Band 8b Group Clinical Manager with Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS FT in Alcester Road

Please apply for this job as soon as you can, if interested*** We are looking for an experienced AHP lead to provide operational leadership to the inpatient AHP team working within the pathway 2 and specialist rehab units. Working closely with the inpatient operational team the role will be heavily focused on delivering patient flow through Pathway 2 and specialist rehabilitation beds, working closely with key stakeholders such as local acute partners, local authorities and the ICB and leading on challenging complex discharge issues whilst ensuring the necessary level of therapeutic intervention is delivered. The post holder will be predominantly based at Moseley Hall Hospital however will be required to work city wide supporting all BCHC inpatient bed bases. As with any Group Clinical Manager role you will also hold responsibility for performance metrics, financial management for the allocated budget and have line management responsibility for the senior inpatient therapy team.
