The Band 8b Group Clinical Manager at Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS FT is responsible for providing operational leadership to the inpatient Allied Health Professional (AHP) team in the Pathway 2 and specialist rehabilitation units, primarily located at Moseley Hall Hospital. The role emphasises enhancing patient flow, managing complex discharge scenarios, and ensuring the delivery of appropriate therapeutic interventions by collaborating with various stakeholders, including local acute partners, local authorities, and Integrated Care Boards (ICBs).

In addition to leadership responsibilities, the post holder will oversee performance metrics, manage the allocated budget, and serve as the line manager for the senior inpatient therapy team. This dynamic position requires a skilled AHP lead with a track record of operational management in healthcare.
