Band 5: £29,970 to £36,483 a year per annum  PERMANENT 
The successful candidate will have excellent IT skills, and be able to learn new software and systems quickly.

The post holder is a key member of the Communications and Engagement team who will support the team to fulfil their duty to communicate and engage with patients, staff and communities across Norfolk and Waveney.

The post holder will take a lead on internal communications and engagement across Norfolk and Waveney Integrated Care Board (ICB) and Norfolk and Waveney Integrated Care System (ICS).

The post holder will manage the ICBs staff intranet site, working with colleagues across the ICB to ensure content is up to date and the site is functioning effectively.

Maximise the use of internal communication and engagement opportunities to ensure staff are informed and feel engaged to do the best they can.

In addition to leading on internal communications, the post holder will provide broader administrative, communications and engagement support to the wider team.

The post holder will provide some support to the following areas:Media enquiries and press releases: This may include responding to media enquiries from the press, liaising with colleagues across the ICB/ICS as appropriate, and writing copy for press releases. Digital communications: This may include writing and scheduling social media posts, using graphic design skills to create printed and digital materials, creating and editing webpages, and editing videos. Engagement activities and events: This may include creating surveys and coordinating events.

The successful candidate will be skilled at written and verbal communications, with experience in managing projects and excellent organisational skills.

We operate a flexible/ hybrid model of working so this role could be performed mostly remotely, with a need to travel as per the needs of the business.

You will play a key role in the team delivering important components of our communications and engagement strategy, playing a critical role in helping us deliver successful communications and engage with our staff, patients and community across Norfolk and Waveney.

You will lead on internal communications within the ICB, using a wide range of channels to communicate and engage with staff. Managing our staff intranet, producing our internal newsletter, and coordinating our all organisation-wide online meetings are a few of the duties that you will lead on to support this.

Supporting the wider team is another key component of this role. You will sometimes be involved in supporting with engagement activities, digital communications and media relations, and you will be able to multitask across a range of projects. We are looking for someone who is innovative and dedicated, and who has a talent for developing eye-catching content to inform, educate and inspire our communities.
