The Patient Services Receptionist (Part Time) at NEMS Community Benefit Services Ltd will serve a vital role at the Rivergreen Medical Centre, ensuring a professional reception service for patients and facilitating effective patient flow. Key responsibilities include checking in patients, accurately capturing their information using the SystmOne system, and coordinating this with the clinical team. The post holder will also oversee the waiting area, maintain patient-facing standards, and escalate any concerns while supporting a calm environment.

In addition to reception duties, the role will involve providing administrative support, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to GDPR regulations. The receptionist will collaborate closely with a diverse team of healthcare professionals and actively partake in team meetings to enhance service delivery and improve patient care outcomes.
