The Decontamination Administrator role at Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust involves providing administrative and secretarial support to the Estates & Facilities Decontamination Management team, playing a crucial part in ensuring the effective decontamination of medical devices. Key responsibilities include organizing and coordinating meetings for the Decontamination Safety Group (DSG) and Trust Decontamination Committee (TDC), maintaining accurate records, tracking actions, and managing documentation to support these meetings. The administrator will also liaise with healthcare professionals, manage orders related to decontamination services, and maintain an asset register and KPI database for various decontamination facilities.

The successful candidate should be able to work independently and demonstrate strong organisational skills, effectively supporting the team while contributing to patient care through efficient decontamination processes.
