Elysium Healthcare is seeking an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse for the role of Senior Mental Health Nurse at Thornford Park in Thatcham. This position requires a qualified nurse who will provide high-quality, compassionate care to service users with mental health conditions while also supporting and mentoring colleagues. The successful candidate should possess a relevant nursing qualification, have at least 18 months of nursing experience, and demonstrate strong teamwork and self-motivation. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care, as well as maintaining accurate records and promoting a positive team environment.

In this full-time role, working 37.5 hours per week on 12.5-hour shifts, the Senior Mental Health Nurse will engage in a dynamic work environment that focuses on the recovery and rehabilitation of male patients with complex care needs.
