Enviva Complex Care is seeking a dedicated full-time Brain Injury Support Worker in Chester to provide exceptional care and support to a client with a brain injury. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the client's comfort and safety by assisting with daily living activities, administering medication, and offering emotional support while promoting the client’s independence. Candidates should possess prior care experience, be able to drive, and demonstrate strong communication skills, along with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

The role involves 24-hour shifts on a rolling rota basis, including alternate weekends. About us

Given the personal care requirements, we are looking for a male support worker. The ideal candidate should be able to drive.

Working Hours:

Hours required: Mon -Sun 24 hours shifts on rolling rota basis. Alternate weekends will be required

Key Responsibilities:

Delivering personalised care and support to clients with complex health conditions.

Assisting with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, driving to school and daily trips.

Administering medication and monitoring health conditions.

Providing emotional support and companionship.

Maintaining accurate records of care provided and reporting any changes in clients’ conditions.

Collaborating with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements:

Care experience essential with a good grounding.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Flexibility to work the specified hours.

Able to drive with a valid UK license.
