Aneurin Bevan University Health Board is seeking a motivated Ward Clerk for a fixed-term position on C4, Respiratory ward at The Grange in Cwmbran. The successful candidate should possess excellent organisational skills, be flexible and adaptable, and able to communicate effectively while adhering to confidentiality standards. While knowledge of hospital systems is preferred, full training will be provided. Duties include acting as a liaison between the ward and community services, managing patient records, handling office tasks, coordinating out-patient appointments, and ensuring the ward is adequately stocked with supplies.

Candidates interested in the secondment must obtain permission from their current line manager prior to applying. Interviews for successful candidates will be conducted within two working days after the closing date. Proficiency in Welsh is desirable, though applications from both English and Welsh speakers are welcome.
