North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a motivated Acute Medicine Consultant to join their team. This substantive consultant position requires specialist registration and will involve providing care at both the West Cumberland Hospital in Whitehaven and the Cumberland Infirmary in Carlisle, with a primary focus on Whitehaven. The role offers an opportunity to develop innovative healthcare services for the North Cumbria community. Relocation assistance of up to £8,000 may be available for successful candidates. North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust (NCIC) are looking to recruit a forward-thinking and motivated individual to join our team of Acute Medicine Consultants. This is a post for a substantive consultant with specialist registration. The role will be to provide care across both our hospitals; the West Cumberland Hospital (WCH) in Whitehaven and the Cumberland Infirmary in Carlisle, though will primarily be job planned to work and be based at Whitehaven.

This post offers the opportunity to be at the forefront of developing new and innovative approaches and services for the residents of North Cumbria, a uniquely beautiful and challenging area.
