The role of "Bank Health Care Assistant - Mental Health" at Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board in Bangor involves supporting registered nurses in providing evidence-based care to patients and collaborating with other health professionals and the patients' families. Core responsibilities include assisting with personal hygiene, preparing clinical areas for patient admissions, and ensuring a clean and safe environment. The assistant will also help implement individualized nursing care plans, participate in patient meal services, and uphold patient dignity and equality throughout their care.
