Derbyshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is looking for a full-time Chef/Cook to join their catering team at Kingsway Hospital and the Radbourne Unit, Royal Derby Hospital. The role involves preparing and cooking fresh, nutritious meals for patients, staff, and visitors, while adhering to health, safety, and food hygiene regulations. Key responsibilities include creating meals according to dietary needs, managing portion control, identifying allergens, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen. Flexibility is essential, as the position may require covering colleagues during absences, and the Cook may be asked to work at different sites as needed.
