Apollo Home Healthcare is seeking an Operations Manager for their office in St Helens to oversee complex clinical homecare services. The role involves managing incidents and complaints, recruiting and retaining care staff, and ensuring high-quality service delivery in compliance with CQC regulations. The Operations Manager will also be responsible for budget management, establishing operational procedures, and safely introducing new care packages. This position is seen as a critical leadership role, requiring strong management experience, ideally in healthcare, and will transition to a Registered Manager role after a successful probation period.

Candidates must be highly motivated, organized, and possess a valid driving license for travel to service users' homes.
