The Support Time Recovery Worker (STR) role within the Community Prevention and Engagement Team at Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust focuses on providing essential support for individuals with complex mental health needs in the Fylde and Wyre area. The position, based primarily at Mountcroft Resource Centre in Fleetwood and occasionally at Woodlands Resource Centre in St Annes, is part of a transformative initiative aimed at enhancing mental health rehabilitation services.
