The Princess Alexandra Hospital NHS Trust is seeking a Continuous Professional Development (CPD) Manager to join its Organisational Development & Learning department. This role focuses on enhancing the skills and qualifications of the workforce through high-quality training and effective CPD initiatives. The successful candidate will manage the training needs analysis, ensure CPD interventions align with strategic priorities, and oversee the equitable allocation of CPD funds across the organisation. They will also be responsible for compliance with NHS England funding requirements, monitor CPD funding usage, and foster strong relationships with training partners.

Additionally, the CPD Manager will chair the CPD Governance Group, producing reports to highlight compliance and identify trends for trust committees. This position offers an opportunity to engage with a diverse workforce, promote professional development, and contribute to the overall organisational goals during a transformative period for the trust.
