o The post holder will be responsible for the delivery of a consistently high standard of care, demonstrating a kind and compassionate attitude towards patients, relatives and colleagues.o The postholder must demonstrate clinical expertise in the assessment, planning, delivery and evaluation of care using a holistic, person-centred approach.o The post holder must possess fundamental management and facilitation skills to promote multi-disciplinary team working and foster a supportive, learning environment.o As a registered nurse the post holder is expected to consistently act in accordance with the NMC Code.
