The "Training Hub Learning & Development Facilitator" role at South Doc Services in Birmingham is a vital position within the Learning and Development (L&D) Team, focusing on the design, development, and delivery of training initiatives across Birmingham and Solihull. The facilitator will collaborate with the Training Hub team to identify training needs and create effective communication and engagement strategies. Key responsibilities include liaising with stakeholders, developing training resources, managing learner queries, planning training sessions, and maintaining databases and communication platforms.

The facilitator will also support accreditation processes, evaluate training outcomes, and assist in various operational tasks such as managing the Learning Management System and ensuring accurate reporting for KPIs. This role requires proactive relationship-building and the ability to adapt to the evolving training priorities of the Training Hub, contributing to diverse projects, including apprenticeships and community engagement initiatives.
