The PCN Advanced Paramedic Practitioner role at Farnham Integrated Care Services involves providing patient care as part of a multi-disciplinary team within the Urgent Same Day Care Service. The successful candidate must be a registered Paramedic with postgraduate qualifications, including Independent and Supplementary Prescriber qualifications, and must demonstrate expert clinical decision-making skills in assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with a defined list of conditions. This position entails first-contact patient assessments, generating prescriptions within scope, and ensuring adherence to professional standards outlined by regulatory bodies.

In addition to clinical responsibilities, the role requires active participation in service improvements, collaboration with other healthcare professionals, and contribution to local health initiatives. The practitioner will also take part in training, public health campaigns, and the management of quality care targets, ensuring an effective working environment that promotes patient-centered care and continuous professional development.
