You must be highly organised, with good attention to detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team. It is vital that you have the capability and the ability to develop and lead a team within a supportive culture.
The main focus of this role is patient flow, to ensure we get the right patient to the right place in a timely manner, with the emphasis on patient safety and clinical efficiency whilst demonstrating high quality care.
