The Domestic & Linen Services Supervisor at Synchronicity Care Limited (SCL) in Durham is responsible for overseeing and enhancing domestic and linen services at the University Hospital North Durham. This role involves supporting the Domestic & Linen Services Manager to ensure compliance with contractual standards and budgetary constraints, as well as maintaining cleanliness in accordance with National Standards of Healthcare Cleanliness 2021. The supervisor will lead and monitor the domestic services team, manage schedules and resources, facilitate staff training and development, and ensure adherence to safety and operational policies.

In addition to operational duties, the supervisor will also collaborate with various departments, report maintenance issues, and keep records of staff monitoring, including attendance and training needs.
