Public Health Wales is looking for a qualified and experienced Senior Executive Assistant to support the National Clinical Director and Deputy Directors in areas such as Clinical, Networks, and Planning. Candidates should possess extensive knowledge of administrative procedures, ideally gained from a similar role at the Board level, and hold a degree or equivalent qualification.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, organizing meetings, and maintaining service delivery by planning their own workload effectively. This role requires handling confidential and sensitive information while adhering to strict confidentiality guidelines. Flexibility in managing competing priorities is crucial, and proficiency in Welsh is desirable, though candidates fluent in either Welsh or English are encouraged to apply.
