We are seeking to appoint an experienced individual into the role of a Senior Executive Assistant service to the National Clinical Director and/or Deputy Directors (Clinical, Networks and Planning).
The post holder will have experience and knowledge of the full range of administrative procedures acquired through training and relevant significant experience in a Senior Executive Assistant role at a Board Level, and should be educated to a Degree Level or equivalent.
The main duties of the role are to support the National Clinical Lead for Prudent and Value Based Health Care Board and National Clinical Director and/or Deputy Directors (Clinical, Networks and Planning).
Planning own duties and workload that supports service delivery. Also being responsible for the day-to-day management of diaries, organising and servicing meetings.
The post holder is expected to work flexibly managing competing priorities.
The post holder will handle highly confidential and sometimes very contentious and sensitive information of a personal, financial and political nature and therefore will be relied upon to observe and comply with specific and implied confidentiality rules and policies.
