Kent & Medway NHS & Social Care Partnership Trust is seeking two part-time Band 7 Clinical/Counselling Psychologists or Psychotherapists to join their Secondary Care Psychological Therapies team, focusing on adult clients with complex and longstanding mental health issues, including trauma. One position offers 30 hours/week, and the other offers 22.5 hours/week, based in Folkestone and Dover.

The role involves providing specialist psychological therapy services, conducting direct assessments and therapeutic interventions, and collaborating within a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include making independent clinical decisions, participating in research and development activities, and ensuring clinical effectiveness. Candidates should possess a full UK driving license and vehicle access for work purposes. The positions are suitable for nearly qualified trainees, with support offered during a 6-month probationary period.
