Invicta Health CIC is seeking a full-time Practice Nurse for the East Cliff Practice in Ramsgate, tasked with delivering high-quality nursing care that encompasses treatment, preventive care, screening, and patient education. The role involves conducting nursing assessments, managing chronic diseases, and administering vaccinations, as well as supporting minor surgical procedures and home visits when necessary. The Practice Nurse will also provide leadership to the nursing team, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and promoting continuous improvement in patient care standards.

In addition to clinical responsibilities, the Practice Nurse will be involved in infection control measures, maintain accurate patient records, and contribute to the training and development of junior staff members. The role calls for effective communication with patients and the multidisciplinary team, adherence to professional standards, and participation in the broader organisational development initiatives.
