The University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Organisational Development (OD) Practitioner to join their OD team. This role, limited to applicants from the Hampshire & Isle of Wight NHS system, involves supporting the design and delivery of various OD programmes aimed at improving staff experience, engagement, inclusion, leadership development, and organisational culture. The ideal candidate will collaborate with other OD professionals and stakeholders, bringing creativity and innovation to their work. Required qualifications include experience in leading large-scale programmes, knowledge of evidence-based practices in leadership and inclusion, and experience in implementing interventions that foster an inclusive workplace culture.
