HCRG Care Group is seeking a Band 6 Physiotherapist to join their Reablement Team in Bath. This part-time role (22.5 hours per week) involves working with patients to maximize their independence through rehabilitation in their homes or residential care settings. The position requires travel within the Bath and North East Somerset area, necessitating a full UK driving license and access to a vehicle. The successful candidate will conduct assessments, manage their own caseload, supervise junior staff, and collaborate with a diverse, multi-disciplinary team, including therapy workers, occupational therapists, and community services.
