The Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner to join their Older Adults Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) in Lincoln. This role is ideal for a creative and enthusiastic mental health nurse or registered professional who aims to positively impact the lives of older adults and their families facing mental health challenges.
