Working as a key member of the management team, you will line manage and develop non-clinical practice staff and be responsible for the production of performance and quality standards within the practice, delivered through QOF, Enhanced services and other incentives. You will seek opportunities to maximise practice income whist reducing costs. Proven senior leadership experience, excellent communication skills, a high level of IT skills including GP IT, analytical skills and experience of working at a managerial level are all essential for this post.
