The British Pregnancy Advisory Service (BPAS) is seeking an Appointment Advisor for a 36-hour, fixed-term contract in Warwick. The role involves being the first point of contact for clients, primarily responsible for scheduling consultations and addressing client inquiries in a compassionate and professional manner. Successful candidates will demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and a non-judgmental approach, while providing exceptional client care in a supportive team environment.
