Ashford & St. Peter's Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 7 Highly Specialist Speech and Language Therapist (SLT) for a maternity leave position in their Level 3 Neonatal Care Unit in Chertsey. The role involves providing expert speech and language services to premature and term babies in NICU, transitional care, and paediatric wards, collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team (MDT), and delivering evidence-based interventions tailored to individual needs. The successful candidate will also engage in service development, training for parents and staff, and potentially supervise junior colleagues.
