Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Quality and Audit Facilitator for a 12-month fixed-term or secondment position that may lead to a permanent role. This position presents an opportunity to influence the Trust's strategy and enhance continuous improvement efforts, particularly through effective data management and improving clinical practices that impact patient care. The role requires strong attention to detail, project management skills, and the ability to foster collaboration across different sites, specifically Wexham Park Hospital and occasionally Frimley Park Hospital.

The successful candidate will support clinical teams in implementing changes aligned with the Trust's audit program and quality strategy, engage in data analysis and presentation of audit results, and address national and local priorities in quality improvement.
