The 306 North London NHS Foundation Trust is looking for an enthusiastic and forward-thinking Occupational Therapist to join the therapies team at Enfield Acute Mental Health, based at Chase Farm Hospital. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in shaping service quality, managing a designated caseload, and working independently to provide assessments and interventions that enhance clients' occupational performance across self-care, productivity, and leisure. Responsibilities include implementing, evaluating, and planning therapeutic activities, conducting functional assessments, and collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to develop and execute individualized care plans focused on recovery.

Candidates should exhibit flexibility, strong communication skills, and a commitment to evidence-based practice and professional development. Familiarity with the Model of Human Occupation (MOHO) and other assessment tools is essential. The position emphasises teamwork, as the Occupational Therapist will work alongside a variety of professionals, including peer activity coordinators and art therapists, to deliver comprehensive care within the acute clinical pathway.
