The Deputy Ward Manager position at Chartwell Ward in Maidstone, part of the Kent & Medway NHS & Social Care Partnership Trust, is open to registered mental health or learning disabilities nurses, as well as occupational therapists passionate about supporting adults through their recovery during inpatient admissions. The role emphasises strong leadership skills and a commitment to providing compassionate care in a supportive team environment.
