St Leonard's Hospice in York is seeking a full-time Data Analyst to join its Income Generation Team. The primary responsibility of this role is to support the Income Generation Data Insight Lead by collating and analyzing data related to the support received from the community. This includes enhancing the understanding of donor identities, improving donation processes, and identifying key supporter audiences to engage effectively. The Data Analyst will play a pivotal role in the Hospice’s digital transformation efforts, implementing data processes and procedures that contribute to informed decision-making and income generation strategies.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with relational datasets, data visualisation tools, and report writing. Strong IT skills and knowledge of GDPR are essential, along with the ability to prioritize tasks and work collaboratively within a team.
